The Beluga Fraternity is a German heavy-lift vessel operated by the Beluga Group.[1][2][3][4] The Beluga Fraternity, and her sister ship, the Beluga Foresight, have been described the first non-Russian commercial vessels to traverse the Northern Sea Route.

She and her sister ships displace 12,744 deadweight-tons.[3] She is an ice class e3 vessel.[4]

The traverse of these vessels was covered around the world.[5][6][7] The implications of the vessels' traverse of the Northeast passage has been the subject of disagreement.[8]
